Propose that manager(s) engaged in transactions (i.e. drops, adds, trades, FA transactions/acquisitions) be charged a fee of $1. per player(s) transacted.

Examples:

Manager A trades one player to Manager B for two players. Manager B pays $2 for the two players he/she trades. Manager A pays a total of $2. for the a/ player traded; and, b/ the player that he/she has to drop.

Different scenario: A Manager acts solely to add or drop a player: he/she must pay $1. for the add or drop. Successful FA acquisitions by a manager(s) will be charged $1. per player acquired and $1. per player given up to the FA pool.

At the end of the fantasy season, all monies collected for the above actions will be divided between the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers.
