League managers eliminated from playoff contention cannot make waiver claims
Teams that are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs (in the regular season) cannot make waiver claims. However, they can pick up free agents after waivers clear.

Alter the randomized draft order system to a formalized system where league managers choose their draft position
The consolation bracket winner (7th place overall) would get the first choice of their draft pick spot. 8th place overall would get the second choice, and so on to 12th place manager (they would get the sixth choice).
The 6th place manager (from the winner's bracket) would get the 7th choice of draft pick spot. This leads to the Blumpkin championship winner getting to draft at whatever position is left after the other 11 managers choose their positions.
If approved, this would be instated for the 2023 draft.

Change the waiver system to Free Agent Acquisition Budget (FAAB)
Change the waiver system to Free Agent Acquisition Budget (FAAB) of $100 per team. FAAB bidding provides you with a budget during the season for free agents and uses a blind bidding process to select people off free agency each week. The highest bidder for each player wins the claim.
